Authenticity
Everything we do is rooted in lived experience. Michael Rascoe did not study foster care in a classroom. He lived it. That authenticity shapes every decision we make as an organization.
Integrity
Every dollar donated is tracked, intentional, and directed to a specific child for a specific need. We operate with complete transparency because trust is the foundation of everything we do.
Dignity
We do not make kids jump through hoops to receive support. Youth are identified by trusted counselors who know them personally. Support is delivered with respect, warmth, and zero conditions.
Direct Impact
We do not write checks to institutions and hope the money trickles down. We show up in person, take kids shopping, sit with them before interviews, and hand them what they need directly.
