RROPI does not fund institutions. We fund moments. Every program listed here represents a specific, real need that youth in the foster care and court system face every single day without support. We show up so they do not have to face those moments alone.
From back to school shopping trips to prom night sponsorships, every RROPI program is designed to meet a youth exactly where they are and give them what they need to move forward with confidence and dignity.
01 · The first day
Every fall, RROPI takes foster youth on a full back to school shopping trip, head to toe, no essays and no applications required. New clothes, new shoes, and a fresh start to the school year just like every other kid in their class.
02 · The big night
No foster youth should sit out prom because of money. RROPI covers tickets, dinner, attire, corsages, boutonnieres, and transportation so every young person can experience one of the most memorable nights of their youth.
03 · The interview
When a youth lands a scholarship interview or a first job opportunity, RROPI makes sure they walk in ready. We provide professional attire, a fresh haircut, and one on one coaching so they can put their best foot forward with confidence.
04 · A place of their own
Our goal is to break chains. Our mission is to educate, encourage, and empower youth, daring them to be different. The Rite of Passage House is where that mission becomes permanent.
Since RROPI launched, the growth has been driven entirely by community trust, word of mouth, and the undeniable impact of showing up directly for youth in need. These numbers represent real children whose lives were changed.
There are no administrative fees taken from your donation. No institutional layers between your generosity and the child who needs it. When you give to RROPI, a real kid feels the difference immediately.
