Our goal is to break chains. Our mission is to educate, encourage, and empower youth, daring them to be different. The Rite of Passage House is where that mission becomes permanent.

• Property Search in York and Harrisburg Area

What the Space Will Offer:

STEAM Training
Preparing youth for real world job readiness through hands on science, technology, engineering, arts, and math programming.

Academic Tutoring
One on one and group support that meets each young person exactly where they are and builds the confidence they need to succeed.

Financial Literacy
Practical education covering budgeting, understanding credit, types of accounts, preparing for retirement, and the basics of investing. Tools most of these youth have never been taught.

Emotional and Physical Wellness
A safe space to process emotions, break the stigma around discussing feelings, and receive real encouragement and support. Combined with on site physical fitness training, this will be one of the most powerful tools RROPI has ever offered.

Real Talk Sessions
Honest, unscripted conversations between staff and youth about the everyday struggles that plague the communities we serve. Real people, real solutions, real connection.
